Conservation

Every year we disperse funds to several worthwhile local conservation groups that share our goals and values. The committee meets in January of each year to decide who will be the recipients. We focus on several key areas: educational activities involving children; the protection, restoration and increasing California native habitats; preservation and restoration of gardens, parks, and public spaces; pollinator gardens that support our native pollinators; and educational activities and resources related to the environment and the social issues of our times.

More information about the grant recipients and their initiatives can be found at the links in the list of recipients.
